12月23日下午，伊利股份（600887）发布关于境外全资子公司参与认购境外私募股权基金份额的公告。公司境外全资子公司China Youran于2021年12月22日签署了《Amended and Restated LimitedPartnership Agreement relating to Community Fund LP》和《SubscriptionAgreementrelating to Community Fund LP》(统称“协议”)。ChinaYouran作为有限合伙人以自有资金认购Community Fund LP基金份额，认缴出资额为4200万美元。
